Lunar calendar for planting cucumbers for October 2026

It is best to plant cucumbers from seedlings in the ground on a waxing Moon in the middle of the first or second quarter - on the 8th, 9th, 11th or 6th Lunar Days. It is strictly not recommended to plant cucumbers on a full or new moon.

A cucumber is made up of 90% water, which means that the Moon has a strong influence on it. So if you want a rich cucumber crop and a long lasting crop, we recommend planting cucumbers according to our Lunar Calendar on the most favourable days of the waxing moon.
